Private Parties and Group Bookings:

The Pickled Paintbrush private parties must have a minimum of 10 people and you pick the date, time and even the painting. 1 hour allotted for setting up before the event and 30 minutes for cleaning up after the event. Painting class usually takes 2.5 to 3 hours. We require a 50% deposit to book the date and invoice for final payment one week prior to your event. If the booking is less than 2 weeks, we require a full payment upfront.

Event booking cancellation policy:

For cancellation of booked events, kindly notify us two weeks before the event. We can transfer you to a future event of your choice. Kindly send an email to pickledpaintbrush@outlook.com or send us a message via Facebook messenger.

Refund Policy:

Public Events

No Refunds - If something comes up and you are unable to attend we will reschedule your seat to another date. We require 3 days’ notice to rebook your session.

Private Event

$100 Deposit - Non-Refundable Deposit

“No Call, No shows” will not be refunded.  We can reschedule your event to another date or provide a full refund of the deposit only.

*Vouchers will not be refunded once it expires. 

Membership Cancellations:

PAYPAL CUSTOMERS: CANCEL PAYPAL RECURRING PAYMENT

If you are making membership payments with a PayPal account, log in to your Paypal account and cancel your auto payment. Learn how to cancel PayPal recurring payments HERE.  

When canceling The Paintbrush Club Membership, you will lose access to the Facebook group and all material related to The Paintbrush Club at the end of your current billing cycle.

For Periwinkle Membership, if you can’t attend current month’s event, we can reschedule for a future event and you can book for 2 public events on the next month.

Privacy Policy:

Customer information will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any third party without the consent of the customer other than for the express purpose of delivering the purchased product or service requested by the customer.

If you are placing a reservation, you will be required to provide personal information necessary for order processing. This information will be used for order processing ONLY. The email address you provide, for order processing, will only be used to send you information and updates pertaining to your booking.

If you choose to sign up for our newsletter, you agree to be contacted with special offers, events, and news about The Pickled Paintbrush that we feel may interest you. If you wish to stop receiving our newsletter, you may unsubscribe at any time by contacting us. Our newsletter email list will ONLY be used for The Pickled Paintbrush newsletter and will not be shared with third parties.
